Domestic flights are going to start soon from another city of Bihar, know when will it start

Desk The exercise to start domestic flights from other cities of Bihar has been intensified. Virpur airport in Supaul district, bordering Nepal, will be made operational soon. Begusarai BMP Commandant Manoj Kumar, Darbhanga BMP Commandant Ravi Ranjan along with SDM Kumar Satyendra Yadav inspected the airport. On Monday, the officials surveyed the 1.6 km runway from start to finish.
The officials met and discussed various issues related to the airport at the lounge set up by the airport authority in the airspace. During the discussion, it came to light that in view of the possibility of domestic flight from the airport, four-five places were to be surveyed. In this, Virpur Airport was also kept under the purview of the survey. According to the information, the airports of Saharsa, Purnia, Katihar and Darbhanga were surveyed by the authorities in the past, but the officials said the condition of Virpur airport is good.
The Virpur airport was constructed during the inception period of the Kosi scheme. Now this airport has been handed over to the authority. Three years ago Virpur airport was selected for domestic flight. A total of 24 airports in different provinces of the country were selected for domestic flight. It also includes Virpur Airport.
