Jio’s 5G services will be available from Diwali, you can also take advantage of such offers

Desk : India’s leading telecom company Reliance Jio has announced that the company will start getting the benefit of its 5G services in select cities from Diwali. With the launch of Jio True 5G, the company will be able to offer speeds of up to 1Gbps to customers on 5G networks. If you are also eager to take advantage of Jio’s 5G speed before the rest, then you must take advantage of the company welcome offer.

Reliance Jio has claimed that its 5G technology relies completely on the 700MHz band and is the only company in India to offer SA (standalone) 5G services. Jio has already started testing 5G in 4 cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Varanasi. But it is worth noting here that even if you also live in these cities, you will have to go through a special process to join the company’s 5G service and its benefit will not be available automatically.

Jio’s invite-only service: Currently, 5G services from Reliance Jio are available in select cities with the option of invite-only. Which means you need an invite to avail 5G service. For this, first of all, see that you are living in any one of the four cities where Jio’s 5G services are available. Apart from this, you also need to have a 5G-enabled smartphone. After this, Realme, OnePlus, Vivo, Samsung, Xiaomi and iQOO phone users can try to be a part of the welcome offer.

How to get Jio 5G Invite: To get the invite, first you have to install MyJio App in your 5G phone. After opening the app here, login with your Jio number, then you will see the home-screen. If you are in an area where Jio’s 5G services are being tested, then you will see ‘Jio Welcome Offer’ written at the top. After tapping on this card, you will be able to take advantage of Jio’s 5G services and you will be enrolled.

Confirmation will be available on the screen itself: After tapping on the top card, you will see the message on your screen, “Thank you! With Jio True 5G your journey begins now.” In this case, the company has clearly said that ‘If the user’s handset is 5G compatible and supports Jio’s 5G bands, then he will be sent an invite for Jio Welcome Offer. The benefits of 5G internet speeds will start coming only after getting this invite.
