It is to be known that the dearness allowance of central employees has been increased in the past. After the hike, the dearness allowance (DA) of the employees has gone up to 38 percent. At the same time, increasing the fitment factor is being considered. In such a situation, salary is expected to increase. Explain that there is a standard for fixing the salary of central employees.
Explain that the minimum salary of central employees based on the fitment factor is Rs 18,000. Now the demand of the employees is that it should be increased to Rs 26,000.
